The Great ‘Scape

This recipe made my already amazing day!

Warning: bring gum with you if plan on eating this as part of romantic dinner in the park!

1lb of garlic scapes (about 1.5 cups pureed)
2/3 cup walnuts
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
8 basil leaves
salt and pepper, to taste
olive oil

Let the food processor do its thing. These are potent little buggers, these scapes are.
