Asparagus Pizza

This Asparagus pizza takes some of my favorite sights and tastes of spring, and rolls them into one easy dish.

We had the ham and asparagus already around, and the yellow tomatoes glowed at me from the grocery shelves…so they are in here too.

Ingredients

Whole wheat pizza dough

Roasted Asparagus (15-20 min at 425, until perfect)

Yellow tomatoes

Lightly sauteed onions

Goat cheese

Parsley

Shredded Mozzeralla cheese

Garlic-minced

Ham (optional)

Salt, Pepper, Italian Season, to taste

Have fun arranging all your delicious ingredients and then bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown in a 500 degree oven.

And…watch it disappear.
